Welcome to Awkweird Shirts. By using this website and purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms. We tried to make them readable. You're welcome.

The Basics Awkweird Shirts is owned and operated by Awkweird Shirts LLC, an Idaho limited liability company. We sell print-on-demand apparel through our website at awkweirdshirts.com. By placing an order, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Or you're a very responsible teenager. Either way.

Orders & Payment All orders are processed through Shopify. Prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to cancel any order that looks fraudulent, contains errors, or just feels off. If we cancel your order, you will be refunded in full. No drama.

Production & Shipping Every item is made to order by our fulfillment partner, Printify. This means your shirt doesn't exist until you buy it — which is either poetic or logistically inconvenient, depending on your perspective. Estimated production and shipping time is 5–10 business days. We are not responsible for carrier delays, but we will absolutely commiserate with you about them.

Intellectual Property All slogans, designs, and brand assets on this site are the original work of Awkweird Shirts LLC. You may not reproduce, copy, or sell our designs without written permission. We made these up. They're ours. Please respect that.

Limitation of Liability Awkweird Shirts is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of our products. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order. We make shirts. We are not responsible for what happens when you wear them to family dinner.

Privacy We collect only the information necessary to process your order and communicate with you. We do not sell your data. We are not that kind of operation. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the new terms. We'll try not to make it weird.
