Returns & Refunds — The Honest Version

Let's be upfront about something: every Awkweird shirt is made specifically for you, the moment you order it. That's the print-on-demand life. Which means we can't accept returns because you changed your mind, your vibe shifted, or the shirt arrived and you suddenly remembered you hate wearing things.

What we can't do: We don't accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, color preferences, or general second thoughts. We put the size chart right there on the page. We believe in you.

What we absolutely will do: If your shirt arrives damaged, defective, or looking nothing like what you ordered — we want to know immediately. Send us a photo and a description within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right. Reprint, refund, whatever makes sense. No runaround.

We're a small operation run by two humans who care whether you're happy. We're just not going to reprint a shirt because you ordered a medium and you're having a large kind of week.
